Star Wars Revelations Music & Sound Design


George Lucas said it best himself: "Sound is fifty percent of the motion picture experience." And we very much agree! That is why Panic Struck Productions brought in Wes Kawaja from 328 Studios Any engineer is only as good as the projects he brings to life. By this standard, Wes is truly a seasoned professional. In the course of a production and engineering career that has spanned 10 years, Wes has been behind the boards for the biggest names in music and entertainment - Saliva, Lennox, H2O, Home Grown, Disney, HBO, Discovery, BBC America, TLC, and The President of the United States, just to name a few. Brady Williams from 328 Studios brings in his advanced understanding of technology combined with his love of music to help build and refine the sound for "Revelations". We are very pleased to have 328 Studios involved with Panic Struck Productions.
		Pictured above, Wes was able to work and design the sound to the "Revelations" trailer release in a remarkable 32 hour turn-around timeframe (basically locked in our edit suite with very few breaks and naps on the keyboard). 328 Studios will be in charge of the entire sound design and engineering process for "Revelations" which is not an easy or small undertaking. Their talents will be used to pull the rich sounds needed for this film as well as the master mix-down of the original score, dialogue, foley, and SFX. We feel the end result will be a stunning experience in sound that only 328 Studios could provide and bring to the film.

Chris will be in charge of creating and designing the original score for "Revelations".

Bouchard brings with him a strong and bold understanding of epic/cinema scores with influences from such composers as Howard Shore, Hans Zimmer, Danny Elfman, and Vaughan Williams .

When we first started thinking of the music score to "Revelations" we had very specific views and ideas of what we wanted to hear and knew it had to be as powerful and as strong as the visuals in the film. We were then thrilled to find Chris Bouchard who brings to the table the right approach and epic feel we wanted for "Revelations".

Chris offers the depth and possibility through his music that we wanted for the film.
